Monique is passionate about treating trauma and Eating Disorders. She is currently working towards accreditation in Schema Therapy with the International Society of Schema Therapy and she is also working towards the Eating Disorder Credential with the Australian & New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED).
Monique also conducted research on the personality trait of narcissism and this is where her interest in treating Personality Disorders was formed.
Monique ensures to create a gentle and nurturing space where people feel safe to be themselves and express who they are. She is empathetic and energetic and wants people to know that change is achievable. No matter how large or complex the problem may seem we can get through it together.
