Our Time to move group is the class for you!

Our Time to Move Group is tailored to you to improve your health and wellbeing. Exercise Physiologists are medical professionals trained to deal with health conditions and pain through clinical exercise.

Our Time to Move Group is run by an accredited Exercise Physiologist on a Thursday morning at 9am. The small class size enables the EP to work closely with each member to fulfill their tailored exercise plans. These classes have been designed to improve general health and wellbeing through targeted and safe exercises.
